Eliminating Outrigger Line Creep Is now Faster And Easier Than Ever With The New HAL-LOCK™ for Outriggers

Bolivar, MO - Oct. 4, 1999 - Marine & Outdoor Products is proud to introduce to the saltwater sportfishing industry the HAL-LOCK™, a unique locking halyard pulley designed to: eliminate line creep without having to tie halyards together with rubber bands, wire, or using a sliding swivel arrangement, and increase fishing time and safety.  The HAL-LOCK™ stops line creep using a locking lever to push the halyard into the softer neoprene insert, simply pull back on the locking lever and in an instant your halyard is locked right where you want it.  That Fast - That Easy!  HAL-LOCK™ is patent(s) pending, made in the U.S.A. using corrosion resistant components, and is available with a 6, 9, or 12 inch shock cord.  Halyard material can be .080 ± .005 inch mono (300 lb. black mono) or 1/8 inch braided cord.  Works wet or dry with any outrigger.
